SoccerMesh is about apps that will help parents, team managers and coaches better manage soccer teams - schedules, rosters, team statistics and player ratings.

I started SoccerMesh because as a soccer parent, I found myself struggling with these 3 things:

1. The volume of emails about practice and game schedule changes, directions to games, game warm up times, etc. The volume of emails was getting too much.

2. The inability to get objective information about how my child was doing in terms of playing time and stats as they got older. Was their playing time decreasing or not, so they could improve?

3. Getting an assessment of their skills and improvement at the end of a season. Some coaches were great about providing actionable information, others were not.

As I talked to other parents, team managers and coaches, I realized I was not alone in looking for better solutions to these problems. I decided to use my 22+ years’ experience in software development to create better solutions for these common problems.
